Reception staff helpful, cleaning staff kind. Room spotless. Good advice and restaurant recommendations. Walking distance from train. Nearby restaurants, 7-11 nearby. Shuttle bus to Insadong/Myeondong. Comfortable, helpful staff, perfect location near palaces. Close to SNUH.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, making it easy to travel to any destination. Its proximity to the palaces and shopping district allows for convenient exploration. being just opposite of the theatre adds to the entertainment options. The staff was accommodating and helpful, going the extra mile to assist with directions and providing maps.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to the busy areas where you can easily take the bus to go anywhere in the city. The hotel was also conveniently located near the bus stop and subway station, making it very easy to travel all around.
The breakfast option at the hotel was a bit limited.

I had a fantastic stay at this new hotel in Seoul. The room was surprisingly great, with modern design and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was awesome and cleaned every day. The staff was also very nice and attentive, refilling our water every day. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This allowed us to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a large and comfortable bed that provided us with a great night's sleep. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a refrigerator.
